Legal Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY

Provide legal support to the Company and relevant departments at MCH, ensuring full compliance with applicable laws. Lead development and oversight of internal legal policies and participate in specialized legal projects.

AUTHORITY

1. Independently propose action plans and collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute assigned responsibilities.

2. Recommend improvements to legal processes and frameworks for enhanced operational efficiency.

3. Manage and maintain MCH’s internal legal documentation systems, including delegation and procedural governance.

4. Participate in legal consultations and advise on specialized legal matters.

5. Support other legal operations as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Legal Governance System Management

• Monitor and support implementation of MCH’s internal delegation framework.

• Manage annual and ad hoc delegation documents.

• Oversee drafting, revision, and publication of legal policies and internal procedures.

• Ensure timely updates and accessibility of legal documents critical to departmental and project operations.

2. Legal Projects & Advisory

• Research current legal regulations and conduct practical comparative analysis.

• Provide legal consultancy for specialized projects as assigned.

3. Administrative Legal Support

• Consolidate weekly legal activity reports across legal sub-functions.

• Coordinate logistics including meeting arrangements and legal training participation.

• Monitor internal compliance with legal requirements.

• Perform essential legal tasks based on operational needs or specific assignments.

• Handle other duties assigned by the Legal Director.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in legal roles at large corporations; FMCG industry or Big Four firms preferred.

• Strong English communication and presentation skills.

• Deep understanding of legal regulations relevant to the company’s industry.

• Legal research, leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.

• Resilience under pressure, strong ethical standards, determination, and commitment to staying informed on legal developments.
