Legal Director – Real Estate Industry

Together with the Legal Team to advise the Management Team on all legal aspects and take the lead in dealing with legal issues during the acquisition, development and operation of real estate projects of the Group.

• Researching and providing legal advice on relevant matters with respect to real estate, investment, land law…  Working on the legal due diligence of real estate projects for acquisition purposes.

• Drafting, negotiating legal terms and conditions of agreements with related partners.

• Settling all the contractual issues raise during acquisition, development of the projects (if any).

• Working with the local government officers to obtain the investment approvals.

• Working with the investment team, finance team, and other teams during the investment and development of projects.

• Keeping up-to-date on changes in Vietnamese law and regulations relevant to the company's operations.

• Managing relationships with external legal counsel and government agencies.  Carrying out other tasks assigned by Board of Management/BOD

• Graduated from Law University, Master degree is preferable.

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of law in the areas of Real Estate, Corporate, Finance.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in-house legal counsel or an associate in reputable law firm.

• Solid experience in Land Law and Enterprise Law.

• Comfortable dealing with both foreigners and investors.

• Humble, careful, detailed and organized personalities.

• Strong analytical and problems solving skills.

• Ability to work under high pressure.

• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

• Fluency in English (speaking and writing).

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
