1. Managing Construction Legal: - Monitoring relevant legal documents (laws, regulations, decrees, etc.) related to legal aspects in the company's design, procurement, and construction activities. - Legally reviewing all documents and materials issued by the Departments/Boards before submitting them to the competent state authorities in design, procurement, and construction activities. - Monitoring in drafting all standard contracts with suppliers, contractors, partners, and customers in design, procurement, and construction activities. - Legally reviewing all contracts drafted by the relevant Departments/Boards with suppliers, contractors, partners, and customers in design, procurement, and construction activities. - Participating in contract negotiations with the company's Departments/Boards when there are clauses differing from the company's standard contracts. - Guiding, supporting, and advising the relevant Departments/Boards in resolving construction-related legal issues with suppliers, contractors, partners, and customers during the contract implementation process. - Resolving legal disputes arising during the implementation of design, procurement, and construction activities. - Advising and providing recommendations on legal issues, complaints, and claims arising with competent state authorities and third parties during the design, procurement, and construction activities of the company. - Ensuring the company's activities comply with construction-related legal regulations. 2. Building an internal document management and evaluation system for the Legal Department: - Developing an annual plan to build the document management system within the scope of the Department's responsibilities (policies, regulations, procedures, work instructions, and various types of documents, forms, records, etc.). - Drafting the document management system within the scope of the Department's responsibilities based on the company's document drafting plan. - Legally reviewing the internal control documents prepared by the Internal Audit Board. - Reviewing and providing legal input on all company's management documents (including policies, regulations, procedures, work instructions, etc.) to ensure compliance with legal requirements and the company's characteristics. - Collaborating with the Legal Director to plan and evaluate the AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) of the Legal Department. 3. Other tasks: - Supporting and providing legal advice to the relevant Departments/Boards in handling legal issues in design, procurement, and construction activities of the company. - Implementing internal reporting, planning, and storage systems for the Department according to regulations, if required. 4. Other tasks assigned by the company's management at different times. - Performing other reports as required by direct management.
