1. Legal Advisory
• Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients through in-person meetings, online platforms, phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Conduct legal research, monitor regulatory updates, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and revise contracts, legal opinions, official letters, and other legal documents as required by clients.
• Translate legal documents when necessary.
2. Licensing and Corporate Procedures:
• Advise and support clients in matters related to investment registration, enterprise registration, and other licensing procedures.
• Review application dossiers prepared by junior staff and provide guidance throughout the preparation, submission, and follow-up process.
• Supervise and support communications with competent authorities to ensure legal compliance and timely completion of licensing processes.
• Represent clients in administrative procedures before government agencies when needed.
3. Dispute Resolution (Optional – depending on candidate’s experience and/or interest)
• Collaborate with the litigation team in developing case strategies and managing dispute resolution processes.
• Assist in preparing legal documents and representing clients in litigation or arbitration proceedings under the supervision of senior lawyers.
4. Internal Training & Mentorship
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members, including paralegals and interns.
• Support quality control and professional development within the company.
5. General Tasks
• Perform other legal and administrative duties as assigned by senior management.
• Education and Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Law; solid legal knowledge. Having a law practice certificate is an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working at a law firm or in-house.
• Client Advisory: Must have the ability to independently advise and work directly with clients.
• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to convey legal concepts and advice clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, proactive in communication.
• Legal mindset: Strong legal reasoning and logical thinking.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing, and listening). Can directly advise and work with customers. Chinese language skills are considered an advantage.
• Attitude: Demonstrates professionalism, respect, diligence, humility, and a willingness to continuously learn.
Salary: 15 – 25 million VND. Negotiable during the interview process.
Salary increase: Salary shall be reviewed and subject to increase at least once a year.
Insurance: Social insurance benefits as mandated by law.
Training: Regularly receive training to enhance knowledge and work skills.
Working Equipment: Provided with a computer and necessary work tools.
