Lean Executive / Chuyên Viên Cải Tiến Quy Trình Sản Xuất - KCN Biên Hòa 2, Đồng Nai

- Establish, conduct 5S workshop, audit 5S daily and make 5S audit report to highlight for relevant departments by week

- Training and guide how to use Lean tool for all team member

- Implement Lean, coordinate with Work Study team, Cutting team, Production team to improve productivity by apply Lean tools

- Implement visual display and visual management in factory

- Implement Pull system in factory

- Flow the process from input to pack

- Coaching and leadership for Kaizen event every month

- Create 5S culture in factory

- Apply, training and drive the Lean culture for all team members

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related fields.

- Lean Manufacturing Certificates preferred

- Communication skills, MS Office skills

- Problem-solving skills, time management skills,

- Analytical skill, accuracy and attention to detail

- Minimum of3years’ experience in similar capacity
