Junior Urban Planner

• Possess at minimum a graduate degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design or Architecture from a reputable university. A post-graduate degree will be an advantage.
• Experience not required, but must possess a willingness and enthusiasm to learn on the job.
• Able to work independently and proactively without much supervision.
• Able to work collaboratively in large teams and take on a leadership role in coordinating work from various disciplines such as architecture, landscape and infrastructure.
• Good written and spoken English skills is a must, as there will be extensive collaboration and workshare with teammates from overseas offices.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about the profession.
• Possess good work and time management skills.
• Good people skills will be a plus.
• Ability to participate in conceptual design for 1/500 scale planning projects.
• Ability to prepare drawings for submission documents for 1/500 planning projects (guidance will be provided).
• Willingness to travel for work if required.
• Understanding of Vietnamese standards and regulations for urban planning.
• Proficient in using specialized software: AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Sketchup, Excel, and Word is a must. Knowledge of additional software like Lumion, Enscape, 3Dmax, Vray, and Graphic design is an advantage.
