It Solutions Engineer (Mes/Erp)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an IT Solutions Engineer (Manufacturing, ID17701, 1200USD):

• Provide end-user support for all issues related to Business Applications, ensuring timely troubleshooting and resolution.
• Conduct user training sessions to guide employees in effectively utilizing various functions and modules within Business Applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Engineering) to optimize business processes, including BOM management, production planning, and quality assurance through MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions.
• Manage and maintain Business Application systems and cloud infrastructure, including user access, master data, configuration changes, system updates, maintenance schedules, and event log tracking.
• Develop and maintain lightweight technical solutions such as reports, interfaces, data conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflow automations to support business needs.
• Engage with departments across the organization to gather business requirements, identify areas for improvement, and deliver scalable technical solutions tailored to operational needs.
• Coordinate closely with external consultants and vendors to ensure software developments and customizations meet defined specifications and quality standards.
• Work in alignment with the headquarters of IT team to ensure compliance with global standards for solution architecture, manufacturing systems, and IT integrations.

• Male, under 38 years old
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• At least 03 years of experience in a similar position, specialist with experience in operating and maintaining MES, ERP systems
• Fluent in English
