Mô tả công việc:
• Perform engineering tasks related to network and server systems (Cisco, FortiGate, Aruba, Palo Alto, Dell, HP, Anti-virus, VMware, Windows/Linux OS, etc.).
• Design and deploy IT infrastructure, combining network and server components.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and network systems.
• Provide pre-sales support by assisting in designing systems and presenting technical aspects to clients.
• Prepare technical & project documents and reports i.e. system design, test scenario/reports, procedure documents etc. but not limited.
Yêu cầu công việc:
• Must have 4+ years of experience as an IT infrastructure Engineer, specifically in servers and networks.
• Familiar with office IT infrastructure, including network, security, and server systems.
• Knowledge of designing and deploying office IT environments.
• Good communication and presentation skills, able to interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in integrating network, security, and server systems within office environments.
• English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher, able to communicate with non native speakers.
