MekongLink is a Glocal Open Innovation Platform that connects Korean and international technologies with ASEAN markets through localized partnerships and content-driven B2B sales. We work closely with universities, solution providers, local experts, and enterprise networks to solve real market problems and foster innovation. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented International B2B Business Assistant to support our global trade activities, lead generation efforts, and partner coordination. You will work at the intersection of international business development and cross-border collaboration—managing sales pipelines, building customer relationships, and supporting expert-led innovation projects across Vietnam and ASEAN.
Key responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Sales Support
Identify and qualify B2B leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms.
Collaborate with local and international industry experts to uncover new business opportunities.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and coordinating with sales teams.
Manage and track global B2B pipelines from first contact to purchase order confirmation.
2. Customer & Partner Relationship Management
Maintain and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners.
Act as the communication bridge between local clients and global solution providers.
Support partners in resolving technical and commercial inquiries.
Maintain and update CRM and customer databases regularly.
3. Support for On/Offline networking activities
Support business networking and outreach activities such as: B2B matching sessions; University-industry collaboration workshops; Seminars, webinars, and training events
Coordinate logistics, communication, and post-event follow-ups.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Trade, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
1–3 years of work experience in international B2B trade, sales coordination, or business development.
Strong command of English (both written and spoken) for business communication.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, lead generation tools, and CRM software.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders (clients, experts, partners).
Proactive, resourceful, and eager to grow in an international business environment.
