Internal Accountant

● Perform general accounting tasks: Consolidate, verify, and reconcile data from detailed accounting departments.

● Control and analyze costs: Monitor expenses and profits, proposing improvement solutions.

● Manage tax records: Ensure full compliance with tax obligations (VAT, CIT, PIT, etc.) and address issues with tax authorities.

● Support audits and reporting: Collaborate with internal or external audit units as needed.

● Prepare and Submit: Quarterly and Annual Statistical, Investment, and State Bank Reports

● Check daily payment requests on the Internal system.

● Do closing task monthly

● Review on P&L and BS on a monthly basis

● Updated of changes in IFRS/USGAAP/VAS

● Review the contract with the clients

● Ensure the payment following the contract, Issue the related report

● Use ERP software (E-count) to update the current account inform

● Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.

● Experience: At least 1-3 years in a general accountant or equivalent role.

● Preference for candidates with an understanding of cost structure, experience in European companies and involvement in HR-related tasks.

● Knowledge: Proficient in Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and international standards (IFRS is an advantage).

● Languages: Basic English communication skills and ability to work with English documents.

● Software skills: Proficient in accounting software (Misa, ERP, etc.) and office applications (Excel, Word).

● Work location: Paragon Nguyen Luong Băng, Phu My ward, D7 HCMC

● Working hours: 8:00am – 17:30pm (Mon – Fri)
