Chi Tiết Công Việc
Mô tả công việc:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for online analyzers: GC, O2, moisture, pH/ORP, conductivity, silica, sodium, TSS, and others.
- Calibrate analyzers per manufacturer specifications and internal SOPs.
- Diagnose and repair faulty analyzers and sample conditioning systems (pumps, filters, regulators, etc.).
- Support analyzer system commissioning during new unit startup or plant turnaround.
- Maintain accurate records in CMMS (SAP, Maximo).
- Coordinate with Operations and Engineering to ensure analyzer reliability and process accuracy.
- Ensure analyzer systems meet environmental and safety compliance (CEMS, H2S, LEL, etc.).
- Follow plant safety rules including PTW, LOTO, and hazardous area procedures.
- Assist in SOP development, calibration schedules, and spare part inventory planning.
- Provide technical support during audits and inspections.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Instrumentation, Industrial Automation, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in analyzer maintenance in refinery, chemical, or oil & gas plants.
- Familiarity with brands such as Yokogawa, Emerson, ABB, AMETEK, or Endress+Hauser.
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
- Ability to read P&IDs, loop drawings, and analyzer schematics.
- Knowledge of hazardous area classifications and intrinsic safety.
