Key Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for production lines at customer facilities.
• Address and resolve general equipment issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Prepare and submit technical reports detailing line conditions and issues encountered.
• Communicate with customers regarding line status following any downtime events.
• Collaborate with global teams for technical updates and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage and provide information on spare parts to customers as needed.
• Support new equipment installations as assigned by the manager.
• Perform other duties as required, aligned with the scope of the role.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production line maintenance or a similar technical role.
• Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally for technical exchanges and support.
• Familiarity with computer applications and technical documentation.
• Working knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and DCS (Distributed Control Systems).
• Understanding of electrical networks and industrial control systems.
• Awareness of workplace safety standards and practices.
• Demonstrated initiative, commitment, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
