Mô tả công việc:
Analyze operations by style and calculate SAM
Set daily production targets per operator based on tasks
Support line balancing and efficiency improvements
Conduct Time Studies and Motion Studies
Identify bottlenecks and implement improvement plans
Train line leaders and operators on standard methods and best practices
Yêu cầu công việc:
Minimum 5 years of experience in IE or garment production process improvement
Proficiency in SAM calculation, target setting, and line balancing
Hands-on experience in productivity and process analysis
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preference given to candidates fluent in English or Korean
