This position will work at the 5th Floor, ACB Building, 15 Hoang Dieu Street, Hong Bang Ward, Haiphong City.
- Handle inbound vessel related tasks (check vessel schedule, send Arrival notice, assign access
privileges for Forwarders to upload House B/L to e-manifest system, submit manifest to customs,
send discharging list to terminals...)
- Check D/O, release D/O, check full payment to be settled by customers before releasing D/O.
- Check free time, local charge.....
- Exchange emails, phone calls with POL, vendors, concerned parties to resolve problems and handle
related jobs.
- Communicate with customers via phone/ email to update shipment status and problem solving
- Ensure customer satisfaction and respond to customers in professionally.
- Finish other tasks as assigned by Team Leader.
- Report to Team Leader.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University Degree. Major in Economics, Sea Transport Economics or English.
- Good written and verbal English (Certificates are required).
- Computer literate, especially with Internet Explorer, MS Office.
- Have at least 01-year experience in container shipping industry or forwarding company.
- Have good knowledge of shipping, import and export.
- Good skill of communication, negotiation, trouble-shooting, customer service.
- Dynamic, responsibility, professionalism.
