Job Description & responsibilities.
• Report to IE manager.
• Daily absent balancing.
• Create operator skill matrix each and every lines.
• Do the activity sampling for every 3 months.
• Make improvements of the operations & find the easy methods.
• Create new style line layout before 7 days.
• Make yamazumi, clear the line layout & set the line capacity as per the given efficiency ladder.
• Monitor the line feeding & update feeding report & share with team for future improvement.
• Check the capacity within the first 3 days.
• Check the line bottleneck and find out solution within given efficiency ladder.
• Do the production studies if needed to achieve the target.
• Create down time analysis report daily.
• Provide the one innovation for each month.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Garment Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial Engineering in the garment/textile industry.
• Good understanding of production processes, line balancing, and efficiency improvement methods.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of IE tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English (speaking & writing); knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
