Manage and monitor Visa, Work Permit, and TRC applications for expat employees
Liaise with government authorities (e.g., DOET, DOHA, Immigration) and maintain professional relationships
Provide legal guidance to foreign staff and internal teams on labor and immigration regulations
Coordinate onboarding legal processes and briefings for new foreign hires
Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and contracts
Support audits or inspections when required
Participate in internal HR activities and events involving expat staff
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferably Labor Law or International Law)
Experience: 1–3 years in legal, visa/HR, compliance
Language: Fluent in English (written & spoken), especially for legal communication
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws
Attention to detail and risk awareness
Clear, discreet, and respectful communicator
Organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure
