【Job Description】
- Planning and executing recruitment strategies for both office and restaurant staff
- Developing and conducting onboarding programs for new hires
- Managing HR administrative tasks including labor contracts and compliance
- Designing and implementing training programs to improve staff service skills
- Creating initiatives to enhance employee engagement and motivation
- Providing support and counseling for restaurant staff regarding workplace issues
- Drafting and updating internal regulations and performance evaluation systems
- Supporting communication and reporting between the Vietnam branch and Japan HQ
- Handling government-related procedures for labor and insurance
- Other related tasks
