One of our clients, which is a Manufacturing Company, is now looking for HR Leader

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals
- Plan workforce requirements based on business needs
- Design and execute recruitment plans (both new graduates and mid-career hires)
- Manage the interview and selection process
- Plan and conduct employee training and development programs
- Manage and improve labor policies and regulations
- Oversee employee attendance and payroll processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Design and implement performance evaluation and compensation systems
- Establish promotion and salary increase criteria
- Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
- Foster a positive organizational culture and plan internal events
- Other tasks assigned by a manager

- Bachelor's degree
- Language: Japanese N2 or English Intermediate
- Having experience of Payroll and Recruiting in manufacturing companies with more than 500 employees
