- Handling work permit and visa applications for expatriates assigned by partner companies. ※This is the main task for this position.
- Processing and renewing work permits and visas for foreign employees.
- Managing administrative procedures related to the hiring and resignation of foreign employees.
- Researching and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinating with government authorities and other relevant parties.
- Other HR and labor-related tasks assigned by managers.

- Japanese: N2 Intermediate level or higher
- English: Communication level: Need to use in emails
- Having experience with one of these

② More than 3 years of handling work permit and visa applications in companies which includes more than 5 expats
