Job Purpose

This position is responsible for supporting client’s daily HR operations in Vietnam. The HR Executive will provide hands-on assistance with performance management, onboarding support, conflict resolution, employee engagement, and compliance. The role also serves as a bridge between employees and management, fostering a positive work environment and addressing employee concerns proactively.


Responsibilities


1. Employee Support & Engagement

• Act as a trusted HR presence to listen to employee feedback, take care of staff well-being, and address concerns in a timely, professional, and confidential manner.

• Support employee engagement initiatives, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to maintain a motivated, productive workforce.

• Support onboarding and offboarding process


2. Performance & Conflict Management

• Organize and conduct performance reviews (quarterly, bi-annual, and prior to contract extension).

• Support department heads in developing and monitoring improvement plans.

• Investigate and gather information regarding conflicts; facilitate early conflict resolution in a neutral and constructive manner.

• Report conflict cases and solutions to Company and mediate discussions when required.


3. Compensation

• Provide compensation recommendations based on internal and market data.

• Conduct market research and benchmark salaries to support the company's annual salary review process.


4. HR Operations & Process Implementation

• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures tailored to Company's Vietnam operations.

• Support onboarding orientation/offboarding, leave tracking, and documentation aligned with company and local standards.

• Support recruitment


5. Cross-site Support & Travel

• Collaborate with Company's teams on workforce and HR matters.

• Travel to vendor sites as required to work closely with staff, performance reviews, and support HR tasks


6. Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain accurate records and submit HR reports to the client and company.

• Ensure compliance with Vietnam labor law and proactively identify potential HR-related risks.


Yêu cầu công việc:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or Business-related field.

• At least 4 years’ experience in a corporate HR role, experience in a manufacturing, garment, or international work environment is plus.

• Experience in general HR, HR Business Partner

• Demonstrated ability in employee relations, performance management, working process, conflict resolution, labour compliance

• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) to work with foreign managers.

• People-first mindset with empathy, diplomacy, and discretion in handling sensitive matters.

• Ability to work independently, travel when required, and adapt in a fast-paced setting.

• Willing to travel
