About the job
1. About the Internship

This is a highly competitive internship program designed to provide exceptional undergraduate or graduate students with valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and challenging HR environment. Top Interns will work closely with senior HR professionals on a variety of impactful projects, gaining exposure to all facets of the HR function.
2. Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and scheduling interviews.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Participate in recruitment events (e.g., career fairs, university presentations).
  • Assist with onboarding new hires.

Employee Relations:

  • Assist with employee relations issues, including addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support employee development programs and training initiatives.

HR Operations:

  • Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and data in HR systems.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics.
  • Support various HR projects as needed.

Special Projects:

Contribute to special projects, such as employee surveys, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and HR technology implementations.

Job requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and a passion for learning.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
