Human Resources & Administrative Functions
• Responsible for managing the daily administrative affairs of the Vietnam company, including but not limited to office environment maintenance, office supplies procurement and inventory management, to ensure sufficient supply of office materials and reasonable cost control.
• Coordinate the organization of company meetings and activities, including meeting notifications, venue arrangement, meeting minutes compilation, as well as the planning and execution of employee team-building activities and festival events, so as to enhance team cohesion.
• Manage the company's fixed assets, establish fixed asset ledgers, conduct regular fixed asset inventory checks to ensure the safety and integrity of assets, and handle asset damage, scrapping and other situations in accordance with procedures.
• Responsible for recruitment in Vietnam, including posting recruitment information, resume screening, organizing initial interviews, coordinating final interview arrangements, conducting candidate background checks and issuing offer letters, to ensure the timely fulfillment of the company's talent recruitment needs.
• Handle HR procedures such as employee onboarding, confirmation of employment, transfer and resignation, establish and maintain employee personnel files, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of file information in line with local labor laws and regulations.

• Languages: Fluent in English, Mandarin-speaking ability is preferred;
• College degree or above; majors in Administrative Management, Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Accounting and other related fields are preferred;
• 1-3 years of work experience in administration, HR or cashier;
• Familiar with local labor laws and regulations, social security and provident fund policies, financial and economic laws and regulations as well as tax systems in Vietnam, and able to ensure the compliant operation of administrative, HR and cashier work;
• Possess basic financial knowledge, proficient in using financial software (e.g., UFIDA, Kingdee) and office software (Excel, Word, PPT), and able to independently complete fund calculation, report preparation and other work;
• Master basic processes and methods of administrative affair management, HR recruitment, salary and benefits management and employee relations maintenance, and able to independently handle daily administrative and HR affairs;
• Possess good communication and coordination skills;
• Have a strong sense of responsibility and carefulness, be sensitive to numbers, and able to accurately handle detailed work such as fund receipt and payment, employee information entry and administrative document organization to reduce error rates;
• Possess strong pressure resistance and multi-tasking abilities, able to handle the three major functions of administration, HR and cashier simultaneously and complete tasks efficiently within the specified time;
• Have good professional ethics and sense of confidentiality, able to properly keep sensitive data such as the company's financial data and employees' personal information, and not disclose the company's business secrets.

• Handle employee relations-related matters, such as answering employees' inquiries on HR policies, coordinating and resolving labor disputes between employees and the company, create a harmonious working atmosphere and reduce employee turnover rate.
Cashier Functions
• Responsible for the daily cash receipt and payment work of the Vietnam company, including cash receipt and payment, bank transfer, bill processing, etc., and strictly implement in accordance with the company's financial system and local financial and economic laws and regulations to ensure the accuracy and compliance of fund receipt and payment.
