Job Deion

1. Recruitment:

- Leverage professional networks, job portals, and social media platforms to reach potential candidates.

- Partner with universities and professional organizations in Korea/Vietnam to tap into a pool of qualified candidates.

- Clearly outline the job responsibilities, qualifications, and expectations

- Conduct interviews that assess both technical skills and cultural fit.

- Relocation Support: offer comprehensive relocation packages that include assistance with visas, housing, and transportation.

- Provide pre-departure orientation sessions to prepare candidates and their families for the transition.

- Onboarding and Integration: develop a structured onboarding program to help expatriates acclimate to the new work environment.

- Facilitate introductions to colleagues and provide resources for cultural integration.

- Retention Strategies: implement mentorship programs to support expatriates in their new roles.

- Regularly check in with expatriates to address any concerns and provide ongoing support


2. HRBP & Employee Engagement:

- Provide guidance on expatriate-specific legal requirements, such as work permits, visas, and tax implications.

- Talent Management: develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop Korean expatriates.

- Facilitate career development plans and succession planning for expatriates.

- Integration and Support: assist Korean expatriates in adapting to the new cultural and professional environment by providing orientation programs and cultural training.

- Offer ongoing support to expatriates and their families, addressing any personal or professional challenges they may face.

- Communication: serve as a liaison between the expatriates and the host country's HR department, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.

- Foster a sense of community and belonging among Korean expatriates through networking events and support groups.

- Performance Management: oversee performance management processes for expatriates, ensuring fair and consistent evaluations.

- Provide coaching and feedback to help expatriates achieve their performance objectives.

- Collaborate with HR leadership to develop policies that address the specific needs of Korean expatriates.

- Implement programs that enhance the overall expatriate experience, such as language training or cross-cultural workshops.


3. VIP welcoming:

- Coordinate with the Regional and Global Offices to gather detailed information about the VIP guests, including their preferences, schedules, and specific needs.

- Arrange travel and accommodation logistics, ensuring seamless transitions from arrival to departure.

- Prepare welcome materials, such as itineraries, maps, and contact information for the guests.

- Greet VIP guests upon arrival at the designated location, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.

- Provide transportation services, such as airport pickups and transfers to meetings or events.

- Ensure that all facilities and services are ready and accessible for the guests.

- Organize meetings, conferences, or events as per the guests' schedules, ensuring all technical and logistical requirements are met.

- Arrange catering services, including meals and refreshments, tailored to the guests' preferences.

- Offer personalized assistance throughout the guests' stay, addressing any requests or issues promptly.

- Arrange cultural or leisure activities if required, to enhance the guests' experience.

- Maintain regular communication with the guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.

- Gather feedback from the guests to improve future hospitality services.

- Document the visit details for future reference and planning

Yêu cầu công việc:

Educational Background

- Korean Language: advanced in Korean language (all skills), Topik 6 is preferable, please submit Topik Certificate together with your resume

- Degree: typically requires a bachelor’s degree in Languages, Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA or Master’s in Education) is often preferred.


Professional Experience

- Years of Experience: usually requires 5 - 7 years of experience in HR, General Affairs

- Communication: professional, strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

- Attitude: supportive, warming & proactive, well adaptability

- Collaboration: ability to work closely with other departments to align with partners.
