Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business direction; propose effective solutions for recruitment and HR management
  • Lead employer branding activities through events, media, and internal communications to strengthen company branding and attract talents
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities and professional organizations to expand candidate networks
  • Manage recruitment activities based on hiring plans and ad-hoc requests from the Board of Management
  • Coordinate with departments on recruitment planning, candidate screening, and hiring processes
  • Forecast, assess, and minimize risks related to recruitment and HR management
  • Design and implement training and development programs, especially for technical and safety requirements in the oil & gas industry
  • Organize training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance workforce capability
  • Develop HR solutions, policies, and company culture aligned with long-term business strategy, operational efficiency, and corporate values
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Management
  • Working Time:
    70 - 17:00, Monday to Friday

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields
  • Minimum 10 years of HR/HRBP experience, preferably in oil & gas, manufacturing, high-tech, construction, or manpower supply industries
  • At least 5 years in senior HR management with strong experience in recruitment, training, and personnel management
  • Strong background in recruitment strategy development, talent pipeline building, and hiring for technical/managerial positions
  • Good understanding of labor law, HR management, and recruitment processes
  • Experienced in training needs analysis, employee development programs, and training effectiveness evaluation
  • Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (speaking, writing, presentation, and business communication)
  • Proficient in ATS, online recruitment/training platforms, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media recruitment tools
  • Able to work independently, under pressure, and willing to travel domestically and internationally
