I. Administrative Management:
• Be in charge internal and external activities/ events of Company.
• Manage internal & external communication
• Expat documents process and management: visa, work permit, TRC
• Manage cleaners’ team and Ensure cleanliness of RLVN
• Manage and distributes uniforms, stationaries, pantry, cleaning tool… Proactive balance purchasing within budget
• Admin fee budgeting and follow up to make sure all admin expense within budget
• Manage, arrange, record all Company document (in/out documents…)
• Manage car, housing, and arrangement (included contact, checking, balance, payment process)
• Domestic arrangements and supporting for Expats and company employees in case business traveling or visiting plant.
• Translation of HR documents to English whenever necessary business.
• Perform related reports
II. HR
1. Recruitment
• Post jobs, receive, screen applications and coordinate with the Head of Department to organize interviews and select suitable candidates according to plan.
• Send notifications (offer employment) and draft labor contracts for successful candidates.
• Prepare reports evaluating recruitment and probation results.
• Guide and introduce new employees to the Company's policies and regulations.
2. Training & development
• Coordinate other departments to make training plans based on Company training system
• Synthesize training needs and make training plans on an annual basis.
• Monitor the training system and link departments to properly implement the determined system. Included: new hiring training, refresh training and other kinds of training.
• Propose the selection of training facilities and directly contact, coordinate, and monitor training programs to improve qualifications and skills for employees.
• Monitor and synthesize training results, prepare an evaluation report on training results for the Department Head.
• Manage information related to training programs, training documents/results, training certificates/certificates, and training commitments accurately and promptly after each training course. Process and manage training data and make periodic reports.
• Be responsible for managing training-related costs, ensuring they are within the approved budget.
• Coordinate with departments to arrange training participation in Vietnam and other countries in the Group.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

- Ability to work independently, team as well and under pressure.
