POSITION OVERVIEW
At Pizza 4P‘s, the Junior Product Operation Specialist plays an important role in helping our digital products run smoothly across stores in Vietnam and internationally. You will be the bridge between our tech team and store users — supporting product rollout, gathering feedback, documenting user guides, and ensuring issues are addressed on time. This is a great opportunity to grow in a tech product environment while developing your skills in communication, product thinking, and coordination.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Support the implementation and rollout of digital products (POS, HR, App, etc.) to stores
• Work with product owners to track bugs, follow up with developers, and ensure timely fixes
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), log test results, and verify fixes
• Collect feedback from store teams and summarize user insights for improvements
• Write and update user manuals, quick-start guides, and training materials
• Assist in training users (on-site or online) on how to use tech systems
• Monitor usage and performance of features, and report abnormal behavior to relevant teams
• Help document simple user flow diagrams or use case checklists if needed
• Maintain good communication between the tech team and store teams
• Monitor the health and performance of our digital products and applications
• Respond to and resolve day-to-day operational issues reported by users across the business
• Help manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various platforms
• Other tasks assigned by the Product Operation Lead
Example Projects
- Supporting the deployment of new POS system features across multiple restaurant locations in Vietnam and internationally
- Creating step-by-step guides for restaurant staff on how to use digital ordering tools
- Participating in UAT sessions, logging test results, and ensuring fixes are properly implemented
- Collecting and organizing feedback from store teams to inform product improvements
- Creating simple user flow diagrams and use case checklists for new feature rollouts
1. Required Qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience in tech coordination, operations, or customer support
• Background in IT, Business, Hospitality, or relevant fields is a plus
• Basic understanding of tech products or systems used in stores (POS, HR, CRM)
• Organized, reliable, and eager to learn
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written); comfortable talking to both technical teams and store staff
• Attention to detail — you catch small issues before they become big problems
• Able to use Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and eager to learn new tools
• Good English reading/writing is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
2. Preferred Skills
• Experience using Jira, Notion, or other work management tools
• Basic knowledge of software development or product lifecycle
• Passion for technology and how it helps operations run better
• Experience working in hospitality, retail, or fast-moving environments
• Familiarity with restaurant management systems or POS solutions
• Basic understanding of API integrations
• Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices
