- Proactively seek and acquire new B2B customers for air freight services, while nurturing and growing existing accounts.
- Identify customer needs and propose tailor-made air freight solutions to optimize time, cost, and reliability.
- Collaborate with internal teams (pricing, operations, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotations, and solution pitches.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and provide regular reporting to management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and key industry developments.
- 3–4 years of proven experience in freight forwarding sales, with a strong focus on Air Freight solutions.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Good knowledge of international trade, Incoterms, and logistics industry best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
