Application Engineer (Open for Freshers)

Navigos Search's Client is looking for a technically driven and customer-focused Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be a key technical interface between our solutions and our clients, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities. This role involves deep engagement in solution development, training delivery, and cross-functional collaboration with regional teams. • Work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Conduct hands-on product demonstrations, benchmarking, and technical workshops for clients and internal teams
• Design and implement application setups tailored to specific use cases or industry requirements
• Produce technical documentation, such as application briefs and user guidance materials
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for application innovation
• Deliver prompt technical support through both on-site visits and remote channels
• Assist sales and marketing teams with product positioning, events, and technical content
• Support internal teams with product knowledge, testing scenarios, and solution customization
• Participate in ongoing training programs to continuously improve technical expertise
• Collaborate with regional sales and technical teams to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing
• Contribute to the development of advanced test strategies and measurement methodologies
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product portfolio and their applications across industries
• Keep abreast of cutting-edge technologies relevant to your application area
• Take on additional technical tasks or initiatives as assigned by management

• Solid understanding of RF principles and general electronics
• Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C/C++, MATLAB, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with T&M equipment or wireless communication systems is a strong plus
• Strong ability to write clear, concise technical documents and reports
• Confident in delivering presentations and leading technical discussions
• Familiarity with test and measurement instruments and their practical applications
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to take initiative
• Detail-oriented and dependable with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a regional team environment
