Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team, at a menswear fashion label. The ideal candidate is experienced in crafting visually compelling presentation documents and catalogues, with strong technical skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel. This role plays a key part in supporting the brand’s seasonal campaigns, product launches, and internal sales tools with clean, on-brand visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

Design and layout catalogues, lookbooks, line sheets, and presentation documents in line with brand identity

Collaborate with the product, buying, wholesale and marketing teams to deliver clear, visually cohesive internal and external documents

Maintain and update existing design templates

Work within brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all materials

Manage version control and ensure accuracy in product information and pricing using integration tools and Microsoft Excel

Assist in preparing digital assets for print and screen (including pre-press formatting and file management)

Support seasonal launches with layout planning, visual mock-ups, and document formatting

Coordinate feedback, revisions, and final approvals to meet deadlines

Key Skills & Experience

Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop

Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for organising product data and integrating it into design documents

Strong layout and typography skills with an eye for clean, fashion-forward design

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Previous experience in fashion, lifestyle, or retail design is highly regarded

A portfolio demonstrating relevant work in catalogue or presentation design is essential
