General Accountant

Process activities

• Reviewing various tax payments, declarations, etc.
• Process annual report audit items for the accountants.
• Reconcile all accounts.
• To assist the custom declarer.
• Collating the tax accounts with custom accounts and contracts, to keep consistency.
• Preparing the statistical reports.
• Preparing reports as requested.
• Booking JE related to salary, SI, and UI…at month end.
• Processing all General Ledger, and AP vouchers.
• Checking purchasing contracts before giving them to CFA.
• Preparing loan report to submit to SBV.
• Preparing for month-end closing.
• Other ad hoc assignments.

Responsibility

• Reviewing all the tax payment issues accurately and on time.
• Processing the annual inspection of business and other certificates on time.
• Prepare all financial reports on time and accurately.
• Take responsibility as a member for an integrated management system (IMS) relating to finance: communicate IMS policy, and KPI; track periodical KPI; establish or revise documentation; prepare for internal audit, certification body audit, customer audit, complete correction, corrective action report (if any), prepare input for management review, give proposed improvement idea (if any).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Knowledge of state policies, laws, provisions, and regulation.
• Fluent in English.
• 3-5 years working experience as General Accountant in manufacturing company, with accounting firms working experience preferred.
• Well know about all Tax, Costing, Inventory, AP, AR, FS report, fixed asset.
• College or above degree in finance, with the Accounting Practitioners Certificate.
• Strong experience in accounting system SAP B1.
