- Introduce process improvements, optimize development workflows, and ensure high code quality.
- Drive automation initiatives, including CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Contribute to architectural planning, scalability, and system performance optimization.
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices to continuously enhance our service.
- Other related tasks

- Over 7 years of full-stack experience (backend, frontend, DevOps)
- Over 5 years of experience as a tech lead, leading teams of 5 or more people
- English：Read and write
- Implementation of automation processes such as CI
- Environment setup and operation using public cloud like AWS
