Junior Salesforce Developer

• Work closely with customers, business analysts, and architects to understand requirements
and translate them into technical designs
• Develop custom Salesforce components using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow
• Customize standard and custom objects, workflows, approval processes, and validation rules
• Implement Salesforce integration with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or
third-party connectors
• Participate in technical planning, estimation, and code reviews
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and comply with security and performance
requirements
• Support data migration, sandbox deployment, and production rollout

• college or university graduate
• basic understanding and some hands-on experience with salesforce development.
• familiarity with apex, lwc, flow builder, and salesforce dx.
• exposure to sales cloud, service cloud, or other salesforce modules.
• good understanding of salesforce platform architecture, security, and governor limits.
• familiarity with or exposure to salesforce integrations with external systems (rest/soap apis,
middleware).
• familiarity with ci/cd tools for salesforce (gearset, copado, jenkins, etc.).
• experience with agile/scrum methodologies.
• good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• a strong desire to learn and grow within the salesforce ecosystem.
• basic spoken and written english, knowledge of chinese is a plus.
