Junior Salesforce Developer

• Work closely with customers, business analysts, and architects to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs
• Develop custom Salesforce components using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow
• Customize standard and custom objects, workflows, approval processes, and validation rules
• Implement Salesforce integration with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or third-party connectors
• Participate in technical planning, estimation, and code reviews
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and comply with security and performance requirements
• Support data migration, sandbox deployment, and production rollout

• College Or University Graduate

• Basic Understanding And Some Hands-On Experience With Salesforce Development.

• Familiarity With Apex, Lwc, Flow Builder, And Salesforce Dx.

• Exposure To Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Or Other Salesforce Modules.

• Good Understanding Of Salesforce Platform Architecture, Security, And Governor Limits.

• Familiarity With Or Exposure To Salesforce Integrations With External Systems (Rest/Soap Apis, Middleware).

• Familiarity With Ci/Cd Tools For Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Etc.).

• Experience With Agile/Scrum Methodologies.

• Good Communication Skills And A Collaborative Mindset.

• A Strong Desire To Learn And Grow Within The Salesforce Ecosystem.

• Basic Spoken And Written English, Knowledge Of Chinese Is A Plus.

Certifications

• Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer I

• Nice To Have: Platform Developer Ii, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Java, Html/Css For Lwc Components
