Financial Analyst

Be responsible for financial analysis and business performance assessment related to the Company’s commercial activities; support the evaluation of financial impacts of products, sales programs, and marketing campaigns in order to optimize business performance and profitability.

• Conduct financial analysis and build models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning.
• Analyze business performance across key metrics and develop actionable insights for leadership.
• Work with large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across business units.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Commercial, Operations, and Tech to align business and financial goals.
• Automate reports and dashboards to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Design or refine dashboards and automated reporting systems to ensure data accessibility and clarity for finance-related KPIs

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• 2 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Financial Analysis, or equivalent roles.
• Experience or understanding of the financial services environment is a plus.

• Strong understanding of financial principles and business performance, with the ability to analyze, synthesize, and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
• Ability to process and analyze data for financial and performance evaluation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience in financial modeling is an advantage.
• Ability to work with data and BI tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL) is a plus.
• Ability to use English effectively in a professional working environment.
