Fabric Sales Specialist (Chuyên Viên Kinh Doanh Vải)

1. Customer Support: Consult, guide, and support local and international companies in their technical and sourcing needs.

2. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate deals, prepare sales contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction both before and after sales.

3. Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, develop strategies to reach potential clients, and expand the customer base.

4. Technical Assistance: Provide technical support to customers, helping them understand product specifications.

5. Work with the mill for initial evaluation process, pricing quotations and the development based on customer expectations.

6. Responsible for merchandising activities, manage the shipping instruction and track bulk production status also payment Job.

7. Help to drive timely resolution of material quality issues with customers and Quality team.

8. Achieve the department KPIs set for sales by the management.

9. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

10. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions to the management.

11. Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks assigned.

1. A degree level qualification in textile background or experience in Garment / Textile Merchandise is preferred.

2. Minimum 3 years’ solid working experience in textile or sales.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Technical aptitude and ability to explain product specifications.

5. Excellent command of written and spoken English, Vietnamese.

6. Strong team spirit, communicate effectively with internal and external parties

7. Well organized individual, ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
