Government Relations and Regulatory Affairs - Maintaining relationships with central and local government agencies and reflecting company interests in government policies
Management of Corporate Licenses and Permits - IRC, ERC, LURC, etc.
Supporting various authorizations, permits, licenses, and approvals in collaboration with internal teams
Compliance and Risk Management - Supporting audits or inspections by government authorities
Preparing and updating regular executive reports on policy and regulatory changes
Managing External Stakeholders (Industrial Parks, Industries, Associations, etc.)
Government Event Management - Coordinating company participation in public or government-led events
Researching and managing the investment environment in Vietnam (regions, industries, public infrastructure, etc.)

Bachelor's Degree, major in International Relations, Business Administration,...
At least 10 years of experience in relevant field
Experience in licensing or permits at government or public institutions
Experience in government relations at global companies (including Korean firms)
Experience and deep understanding of the petrochemical industry and trade is preferred
Experience working in the Ho Chi Minh City or Ba Ria - Vung Tau regions
Holders of networks with central and Ho Chi Minh City government agencies
Good communication in English
