ESG & HR Officer At Mystorage (Full-Time)

We’re hiring a full-time ESG, HR and QC Officer in Ho Chi Minh City. This is a unique cross-functional role combining human resources, environmental and social governance, and facility quality control. You’ll help MyStorage maintain high standards for our people, our operations and our spaces – keeping us compliant, organized and continuously improving.

What You’ll Do

Environmental & Social (E&S) Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an Environmental & Social Management System (ESMS) aligned with local laws, IFC Performance Standards and World Bank EHS Guidelines

• Lead initiatives around occupational health and safety (OHS), environmental performance and community health and safety across all facilities

• Create emergency preparedness plans and ensure compliance with fire prevention and life safety standards

• Maintain and update an E&S compliance register to track permits, regulatory requirements and action items

• Formalize and manage grievance mechanisms for employees and external stakeholders, including anonymous reporting options

• Coordinate internal and external E&S audits and follow up on corrective actions

• Manage reporting obligations to investors and government agencies on E&S performance and progress

Human Resources Responsibilities

• Work with management to correct labor compliance gaps, including contracts, insurance, ILRs and union fee obligations

• Draft and maintain compliant labor contracts for all staff, including foreigners and freelancers

• Manage performance reviews, onboarding, employee

• 5+ years of experience in EHS, HR or compliance-heavy operational roles

• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and HR best practices

• Familiarity with IFC Performance Standards and World Bank EHS Guidelines

• Experience developing policies, running training sessions and monitoring compliance

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Willingness to travel to sites and get hands-on with teams

• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or facilities is a plus

• Proactive and takes full ownership of responsibilities
