• Machine control: SPI / AOI / AVI / X-ray

• Pass rate control

• OEE & productivity improvement

• Yield improvement by equipment (EQ) level

• Tooling & maintenance cost control

• Support CIP (Continuous Improvement Project) and DOE (Design of Experiments) cases

• Process improvement by equipment (EQ) level

• Equipment capability development & qualification

• Engineering training & certification program

• SMT machine downtime control

• Spare part management & control

• 1+ years of experience in SPI / AOI / AVI / X-ray-related work

• Self-disciplined with a strong sense of responsibility

• Good communication skills

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability

• GoodatEnglish (both written and spoken)
