As part of our regional expansion, we are launching local operations in Vietnam with a dedicated legal entity and team. We’re focused on empowering Vietnamese enterprises — particularly in financial services, telecom, and large conglomerates — with modern, scalable IT solutions that drive digital transformation.


Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Enterprise Sales Executive to lead our client acquisition ePorts in Vietnam. This is a critical growth role for IGS Group Vietnam, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and has deep relationships and domain knowledge in the FSI, Telco, and large enterprise space.


Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop enterprise sales opportunities in FSI, telecom, and conglomerate sectors

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and solution development to deal closure and post-sale transition

• Collaborate with internal technical and vendor teams to deliver value-driven proposals around ITSM, ITOM, DevSecOps, and automation platforms

• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, especially CIOs, CTOs, and IT leadership

• Accurately manage and report pipeline and forecast through CRM tools

• Represent IGS at industry events, partner sessions, and client meetings across Vietnam

• Stay updated on emerging enterprise IT trends and relevant regulatory requirements

Yêu cầu công việc:

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of enterprise IT sales experience in Vietnam, preferably with a system integrator or enterprise software vendor

• Demonstrated success selling to banking, insurance, telco, or large-scale enterprises

• Understanding of ITSM, DevOps/DevSecOps solutions and enterprise digital transformation needs

• Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and drive consultative deals

• Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently as part of a startup-style team

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline


Preferred

• Experience with selling platforms in the IT Service Management, DevSecOps is a strong plus.

• Familiarity with local enterprise procurement processes and compliance frameworks
