E-Commerce Specialist – Lazada & D2C (Ho Chi Minh City)

Description:

• Manage and update product listings on Lazada and our D2C website — ensuring accuracy, pricing, and strong visuals.

• Plan and coordinate campaigns and promotions (Mega Sales, 11.11, 12.12, etc.) with support from our marketing team.

• Track sales performance, conversions, and customer feedback — and share ideas to improve results.

• Work with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure fast, accurate deliveries and real-time stock updates.

• Coordinate with accounting for promotional costs and monthly reconciliations.

• Help build out our direct-to-consumer online experience, improving navigation, product presentation, and checkout flow.

• Stay up to date with Lazada tools, digital trends, and new opportunities to grow our online business.

• 1–3 years of experience working with Lazada, Shopee, or another e-commerce platform.

• Comfortable using Lazada Seller Center and/or Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar tools.

• Good with data and details — you’ll keep listings accurate and track campaign results.

• A natural problem-solver who communicates clearly and gets things done.

• Basic English skills and fluent Vietnamese.

• Bonus points for experience in sports, retail, or logistics, or if you’ve handled product uploads, banners, or online ads before.
