The purpose of this role is to carry out the assigned duties, which include but no limit to:
• Manage staffs of Medic team:
- Deliver shifts & duty to nurses;
- Receive & report the process of nurse.
• Manage operation, tools & equipment of Clinic
- Process clinic visits of company employees,
- Manage medical files;
- Order to purchase medical equipment and medicines;
- Maintain medical equipment & medicines in usable condition;
- Conduct audits or inspections issues relate to health;
- Do correctively actions of issues find from audits/ inspections.
• Manage health and safety issues in cooperation with HSE department and report to HSEQ Manager;
- Health Check procedure:
+Organize periodical health check-up or occupational disease;
+Evaluate health check result & develop action plan.
- Control Sick leave:
+Examine and treat medically common sickness for Company's employees;
+Deal with case that needs taking to hospital;
+Proper actions to prevent misuses of sick leave.
- Treat Accident cases:
+Give first aid to all accidents;
+Join in investigation of incidents/ accidents;
+Deal with case that needs taking to hospital.
- Manage Hygiene & food safety:
+Control catering to follow legal requirements and Company system (both internal & third-party system);
+Coordinate to control hygiene & food incidents.
- Make health issues reports if be required to relevant authorities.
- Set up & communicate to all company employees:
+Be a health consultant for the Company's employees;
+Train first aid/ ergonomics and other medical issues for the Company's employees;
+Conduct a speech to employees relates to health topic;
+Maintain bulletin board with information of health).
• Be a HSE committee member and emergency respond team members:
- Report regular results of clinic visits of Company employees (daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc.);
- Consult with Board of Management about prevention of disease, protective inoculation, and check-up for employees;
• Join in emergency response drill;
• Others relate to health issues.

Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor Degree from Medical University.
Other Requirements:
• Have at least 5 years of experience in medical work.
• Fluent in spoken English, strong English writing skills.
• Good self-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Computing skills in full suite of MS Applications.
