Director Of Operations (Local)

The Operations Head is responsible for overseeing all operational activities within the hotel chain to ensure exceptional guest experiences, optimal revenue generation, and efficient resource utilization. This role requires close collaboration with the Sales Head to implement sales strategies and drive revenue growth while maintaining operational excellence across all hotels.• Lead the overall management and strategic direction of the properties and support all departments in the achievement of operational targets.

Report to Cluster General Manager/ General Director

• Previous experience in a leadership role within a similar hotel brand or business, cluster role in head office or hotel manager in over 300 room key hotel
• Local candidate
• Willling to travel frequently to different porperties and locations
• Strategic, creative and able to communicate effectively
• Can-do attitude and lead by example leader
• Strong business acumen and demonstrated success in driving the commercial performance of the business and delivering on KPIs.
