Digital/Performance Marketing Specialist

About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Droppii, you’ll drive full-funnel growth across Droppii Mall and Droppii Biz. From acquiring new users to converting and retaining them, you’ll lead performance marketing and lifecycle campaigns that fuel our mission to democratize e-commerce through social selling.

What You’ll Do

• Execute cost-efficient advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads to activate new agents.
  
• Build and manage funnel tracking dashboards to identify drop-off points and optimize weekly.
  
• Apply behavioral segmentation to enhance targeting and improve budget allocation.
  
• Set up and optimize remarketing campaigns to re-engage leads who have not completed onboarding.
  
• Forecast media budgets required to scale the number of active agents.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, or a related field.
  
• 2–4 years of experience running multi-channel ads (Meta, TikTok, Google), preferably in e-commerce, performance marketing, or B2B2C.
  
• Strong skills in ad data analysis, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
  
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Appsflyer, Metabase is a plus.
  
• Logical thinking, strong analytical skills, and a results-driven mindset.
