A. RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Daily Performance Monitoring:
•Track and analyze campaign performance metrics.
•Identify trends and anomalies to address issues and optimize campaigns proactively.
•Monitor budget allocation and pacing to ensure efficient resource utilization.
2. Performance Optimization:
•Collaborate with performance agencies to implement strategies to improve campaign performance.
•Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to identify and implement high-performing tactics.
•Make data-driven recommendations to optimize bidding strategies, targeting, and creative assets.
3. Agency Management:
•Work closely with performance agencies to ensure alignment with campaign goals and objectives.
•Monitor agency performance and hold them accountable for delivering results.
•Provide timely feedback and guidance to optimize agency deliverables.
Yêu cầu công việc
More than 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms: Tiktokshop, Shopee, Lazada.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager...) & Marketplace
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
