Innovate and enhance existing quantitative trading / pricing strategies, risk assessment and forecasting
Leverage machine learning, signal processing, and statistical analysis to identify and implement predictive trends and price signals
Develop strategies for optimizing execution through market micro-structure analysis
Conduct research on commodity markets, using statistical and mathematical techniques to inform model development
Implement and optimize algorithms for data processing, model calibration, and scenario analysis
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Work closely with other analysts, data scientists, portfolio managers and industry experts to craft cutting-edge quantitative and algorithmic trading strategies..

Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Agricultural Economics, or a related field
Have experience in financial markets, preferably within Agricultural or other Commodities, with good understanding of the supply chain ecosystem
Experience with Agriculture & food commodities and also experience with Carbon Trading
Experience in building and refining quantitative strategies
Proficiency in C/C++ or Python
Excellent communication skills.
