Chi Tiết Công Việc

Maintain existing customer relationships and follow up on customer needs based on company arrangements.
Handle daily customer communication, quotations, order follow-up, and relationship maintenance.
Organize order information, enter data into the system, submit internal processes, and track results as required.
Report customer issues, unusual situations, and business risks in a timely manner.
Follow company business procedures and management standards, and complete stage-based performance goals.
Support new customer development under the company’s provided resources and business.

College/University graduate.
Ability to communicate in English for daily customer communication and supports.
Experience in sales, customer service, customer maintenance, social media communication, or the same roles are preferred.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work in shifts.
Good communication skills and service mindset, comfortable working in a result-oriented environment.
Fluent in English or Chinese is an advantage.
Experience in customer development, sales support, or order follow-up is a plus.
Able to consistently work night shifts.
