Mô tả công việc:

Handle all inquiries and complaints via Call, Email, Social media, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure customers are satisfied with a clear explanation and given solution prompt.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Raise issues and potential risks to management to improve processes, policy, and customer experience.
Ensure quality, customer satisfaction, productivity, and performance targets are achieved.
Other tasks from direct reporting line.

Yêu cầu công việc:

College and above
Minimum of 1 year of Customer service
Basic experience with Customer Service (Email, Call, Social Media handling):
Interpersonal skills;
Communication skills.
Customer service orientation
Good at English
