Chi Tiết Công Việc
Mô tả công việc:
- Handle Air booking request from nominated agent & free-hand customers.
- Being contact window with airline, co-loader, agent, customer for all arrangement of shipments
- Coordinate with internal departments and partners
- Follow SOP (Standard Operation procedure) and Shipping Instructions
- Arrange and monitor Air booking
- Customer communication and support
- Other tasks as assigned by Leader
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Graduated from College/University of economics, import-export, logistics or relevant field
- At least 1-2 years working experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarder
- Good experience air freight and freighter loadings
- Good command of spoken & written English
- Good skills in computers & Microsoft Office
