Customer Service

- Responsible for advising customers on customs services and providing English interpretation for the Managers

- Assist in handling import and export documentation

- Coordinate with other staff in the department to support payment cost entry and monitor the shipment process

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager

- Bachelor's Degree in Import - Export, Logistics or related fields;

- At lease 3-5 years experienced in logistics;

- English – fluent in spoken and written;

- Good MS Office and Internet skills;

- Excellent knowledge & experiences of import & export procedures, Customs Clearance ( E-cus, HS code, Duty Tax, CO,… );

- Effective presentation, communication, problem-solving.
