Consultant (HR Field)

Navigos Search' client, new Japanese consulting firm in HR field, is looking for Consultant with main duties as below:

- Conduct organizational issue hearings and diagnose client companies’ current situations.

- Provide consulting services necessary for organizational transformation.

- Analyze survey results to identify strengths and weaknesses and propose organizational improvement measures.

- Deliver support and follow-up throughout the transformation process, including system usage, training, and action plan management.

- Lead or support workshops, kick-off events, and training sessions (sometimes in English, often in Japanese with interpretation as needed).

- Work alongside ASEAN-wide teams to align local initiatives with regional strategies.

Japanese consultant

- Bachelor’s degree or higher, 25 - 32 years old

- Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1–N2).

- English (Able to communicate)

- Have consulting experience and experience in the field of human resources

- Logical thinking and problem-solving ability.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and support team goals.

- Passionate about organizational growth and people development.
