Mô tả công việc:

Objective of Position: In charge of building and developing trade partners (B2B) for the Asian Markets via networking, quotation follow-up, local marketing, tactical marketing, training, relationship building, account management and sales-related activities. To guide Sales Managers and Sales teams (multi-region) on specified market needs. Work with the Product team and the Marketing team on tours literature as well as marketing material creation and development. Travel to designated market for sales calls and account management/acquisition and present the company in a well-groomed and professional manner. Roles and accountabilities: • General tasks: o Work closely with Sales Team (Leisure Short Haul, Projects & MICE). o Ensure smooth and clear communication between sales team and clients. • Sales Strategy & Planning: o Assist in the development and execution of the overall sales strategy to meet the company’s revenue goals. o Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capture these markets. o Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Team Management: o Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. o Organize training programs to enhance the sales team's skills and product knowledge. • Client Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. o Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. o Develop and implement client retention strategies. • Business Development: o Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and market research. o Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns. o Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events. • Reporting & Analysis: o Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management. o Monitor the competitive landscape and adjust sales strategies accordingly. o Utilize CRM systems to manage sales processes and client interactions effectively. o Other tasks assigned by the BoD and DoS.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Fluent in English;
• Deep and thorough knowledge and experience of the destinations;
• Have strong negotiation skills and be service-oriented;
• Self-organized, a good team coordinator, team management, and able to work under pressure;
• Willing to go on business trips;
• Service-minded and responsible;
• At least 02 years of experience at the same level for inbound tourism industry or minimum of 5 years sales management experience.
